You know Jim that voltage test really works. Tom had me test the magneto on the rail just yesterday that way. I threw that wrench plumb across Lynhurst Avenue all the way into Park Fletcher!!!! Never did figure out what they were laughing at but it took me 3 days to get feeling back in that hand!!!!

 

For proper torque, my son tightens any bolt until it breaks, then turns it another quarter of a turn!
