Some pic's of my 48 I built a new radiator cover because I had to move it forward and I hate it when they just stick through a cut up cover.

Nice shaping work, the trunk threshold & fascia turned out really good. How did you go about the shrinking and stretching?

The front end is chassis engineering I'll try to post a pic but all of a sudden it wont work ???

The bottom area is three pieces I bent on my brake and shrunk them, the lowest piece is two parts welded into a channel and the next step up is welded on top.

    Thanks Pat

I am gonna have to come check that thing out, the work looks great, and I am sure it will look even better if I get to sample some of your creations on tap.

Nice I like it I found the top caps to fit my cut down rad frame. The way you did it makes it look cleaner. I am going to find some way to make a nice pices of metal to go acrosse the top of the header. I have a new aluminum radiator in mine too.:)

I had to use the street rod pan from EMS to fix my rusted away trunk edge. We lowered it and then marked out the shape against the bumper splash pan so it fit the contour. The splash pan will be screwed to the body. It was more work and my fabricator in the end said he could have made one....duh!! I gave me some room to hide a backup light or lights.
