I am thinking about coming down there to Austin. They have a burger joint called Chunky's.. They have a burger called the 4 Horsemen, , my son is offering to fly me down to try it.

Rod Run to Chunky's with the Media, organize. Poker Run looking for this truck and others they've been slacking on. Finish with Donuts and coffee at the police station and refuse to leave until justice is served. If it works, we go state to state looking for stolen HAMB cars. Morning bump.

That black truck looks to be a 49 with the gas filler on the passenger side of the cab. The chop was done like my truck rather than like his that has the roof stretched.

No similarity between the two trucks when you take a serious look at them. Someone could have swapped parts and probably did but the chops on the two trucks are totally different.

You know, the Hotrod Revival is this weekend. I think a good extra curricular activity would be to find... ;)

God help us all... i wish this truck would show up finally. I hope it's found, but man, it's been awhile. Is there anyway to check Mexico? i know there are a TON of TEXAS cars that cross the border stolen every day. Anyone know how to check new registrations of "not previously registered in Mexico cars"? Surely, this one would show up like a sore thumb!

  15. Good effort though, throw enough shit against the wall and some of it has gotta stick. The locals will be key to finding your lost ride, keep digging!

operative word is 'has to be'
meaning, bring the truck back,, then all is right with the world

  20. If it would end up in the right part of Mexico, it might get spotted by
sled, who has been living there and tracking down many old cars.

All right, its time. Ruby Red Deluxe 35 was recovered, whats the problem here. 64 GTO is currently stolen, the time has come for some vigilante justice. New idea for the thieves. When they are caught we send them overseas on suicide missions. If they make it out alive, they must be innocent.

More publicity needed, another ad on Austin CL? Newspaper, radio coverage?
