That was my dad, as he was taking it to the powdercoater I told him "People are saying it looks like a flower, so anything but yellow, maybe something dark." And it came back like this. He said it was the color they could do the fastest.

Doing exact copies of wheels is really really expensive. To do an exact copy of a jumbo, stude, or divco wheels would probably cost in the $100,000 range to make the dies.

We made them like that so we could get them to have a reasonable amount of backspacing, otherwise you would have to have a whole lot of fender clearance

Those are my absolute favorite wheel, but it would just cost too much to repop them.

Also we need a name for them if anyone has any ideas. If we choose yours I'll give you 25% off your next order. They're pretty cheap, starts at $140 each. Here's the pricing http://www.rallyamerica.com/29-30-series.html
Thanks for all of your input.

Marketing, marketing, marketing! Jimmy, mount-up a set with rubber, beg, borrow, or steal a bitch'n car/truck, and shoot some kickass professional photos. Or, have someone digitally retouch a set onto an existing photo. You know the old cliche, a picture says a thousand words. Do it! Your target market (HAMBers) will see your vision and expedite sales.

On another note. I spoke with you over a year ago about some steelies. To my knowledge, no one is making a 16" EO style center. The only 16" centers I've seen have a duel the bolt pattern. With the advent and safety factors disc brake conversions offer, I believe 16" EO center steelies would be a great seller. They are needed to have the caliper clear on the mid and large discs kits. The 15" steelies are just slightly too small. My two cents.

I like 'em and think an industrial/commercial setting is probably the best application. Also 16"/17" skinny sizes would be best along with narrow tall tires. I'd like to see a set photoshopped on a F1..............I've got an F1,hehe!!

    How about something like "RA-9", "Rally-9", or "K-Nine" / "Kay-Nine" / "K-9" ??

"NuSpokes" sounds right to me. New version of an old wooden spoke wheel.

"RU Spokes". Dunno what the R or the U stand for.....you'd have to come up with something. Just kinda liked the name.

"WE Spokes". For Wheel Kid... if you went with WK, it would be prounced Weak and that would NOT help image or sales at all.

ok, Here's an update, We did some work on the shape of the spokes. Made them a little thinner.
    What do you think now?

They would work for a 1920's resto rod in place of the wooden spoke wheels. Gives a similar appearance, but safer for todays driving...

Not sure that part of the market is big enough to support prodution???
