I built this car in 1976/77, it was the cover car of the april 77 Street Rodder Magazine. During some research on the internet I found a possible listing on ebay. The last I knew it was located somewhere in southern California. I sold it to a guy in Santa Barbara in 1977 and he sold it a short time later. -- Chuck

In the Spring 1982 issue of the Street Rodder Collectors there is one owned by a Dan Frolich of Pittsburg. Page 65. Was just looking at the issue about an hour ago. I know there were a few of these floating around at one time. So, I'm just throwing it out there.

Sorry, this one was built by Jim Greene of "The Green Elephant" funny car fame close to 30 years ago and he slill owns and drives it from time to time. It has a blown SOHC 427 Ford in it. He also has a Model a with a SOHC in it, but it is a 2 door sedan , along with several other cammer powered cars.

It's a really cool car, and for a blown cammer, it sure is tame, and calm. Jim regrinds his cams, and takes a lot of attitude out of them, as well.
