    Hope to drop the engine in my '63 Biscayne project next week or so...
    Question is what spark plugs and gap would you gents suggest....
    Basic specs on engine:
    * 283 bored .60 with mild cam (Melling C400P-similiar to L79)
    * HEI ignition
    * ~10-1 compression
    * 305 heads (450's)
    * Edelbrock dual plane intake
    * Edelbrock 550 cfm carb
    * Ram Horn 2 1/2 Exhaust
    * Running a 4 speed standard trans....

    Appreciate any help.
    Thanks,
    Bob :D

    With the Hei the plugs should be around .045 gap,,,305 heads have the small plugs so go to the auto store and get a set of plugs that fit the Camaro with the HiPo 305 with the dual throttle body fuel injection...
