I use a 4(?) year old Panasonic DMC-FX01. It's actually a 'deluxe' snapshotmodel. Funny enough this model is infamous for it's rather poor quallity evening/nightshots. I guess I got really lucky this time. I used the setting iso 100, and the nightshotfunction. Oh, and these pics wouldn't be possible without a tripot ofcourse...

Could be... I'm always guessing about the history of these cars. Pretty amazing that a bunch of em are actually built in Europe, or even Holland. Would be cool if people 'recognizing' these European rides as former American will post pics of the car in it's former guise. I'd love to see the history of these cars...

We saw your Merc and thought it'd be cool to have it inside as part of the show.. Too bad it broke down though...

Thanx for some super coverage of a real rockin event. Love it all except the bad news some of you had troubles on the way home. Just neat-o bikes, cars, babes, art, and great display work. Rock On!! ~Sololobo~

I'm pretty sure that"s Cyclebilly's car (from Chicago). He sold it a few years ago. Several famous pinstripers striped it, but PM him for all the details. Actually, if you do a search, the build up may be on here somewhere. I'm pretty sure the chop is.

Thanks Hellfish. I think you're right. Don't have much time on my hands but did a quick search anyway. I found several Chevs and I'm guessing it's the '52 with the Cad-taillights and caps. At the show we couldn't find a stripers signature anywhere on it at first but eventually we did. Just one... Never heard of his/her name before and can't remember what it was...

The Trashers belly tank project looks to be coming along, and of course the "coupe de cab' or as it known now " coupe de skip" is still a RULER!

Such great shows abroad, definitely envious!

For those of you from the USofA who have rides in the show, how long do you go without your rides in order to have them overseas? I would imagine loading, the ship ride, unloading, and the logistics of such an undertaking can take some time.
