Looking for a good place to live in So Cal. Would like a place with little traffic, no smog, very little crime, and can have a acre or two to build a shop. I need the warm weather. Thanks Camm

  6. He said LITTLE TRAFFIC,

    throws that out!
Along with most of the rest of the area.

I think you are going to have to look at the High Desert, except it gets cold in the winter. Maybe Ramona Area, there was a guy selling a couple acre place with a huge garage on here. Have to see if i can remember who.

Riverside! we'll welcome you here! (honestly, the jurupa area crime isnt bad, traffic is pretty good, and most of your neighbors will love that you have an old car and houses are going for dirt)

  28. Not Bakersfield! Nothing against it--it's home to me, but we're pretty much the opposite of what you specified. How about NorCal? Somona is great and fits your bill pretty well.

  30. Murrieta CA. is a nice area to live, you never hear of crime in that city, rarely any traffic unless you go towards temecula, you dont have to worry about crackheads and tweekers they live in Perris where i live, very cool little town that has their high end homes and country living as well with shopping centers near bye, i work in Murrieta and love it and hate to come home because of where i live but it aint the cheapest of places to live.
