So, Ive seen the car in magazines, and in Pat Ganahls new book...but lets see more photos of it...27 roadster, jimmy 12 port, Jefferies grill insert, halibrands, killer header, etc....I havent come up with anything yet...lets see it guys
I have seen a 3/4 front view can't seem to find it. Is that the Lost Hot Rods book? Is there a recent pic? This is from Best of Hot Rod. Unfortunately July '58 is one of the few issues of Hot Rod I don't have.
the 3/4 front view is whats in "Lost Hot Rods" (i believe its also the shot used in rodders journal issue 6, but i may be mistaken as its packed away)...I also dont have that issue Jimmy. Thanks for posting it. the recent pic in the book isa rear shot ,but it appears to be a shot from the 70's or so....
That has always been one of my favorite fender less '27s. I think it has been tracked down to the Riverside area, But the pictures I saw forever ago in R.J. looked pretty altered, most of the character lost. I haven't seen Pats new book yet, is there an update from that 15 year old R.J. issue?
badass!!! thanks guys. according to the book, 10 years ago it was owned by Don Clem and Ganahl saw it as a bare body and partial frame
