  4. It is, isn't it? What a huge difference. That's one of my favorite 62 Impala shots. That guy nailed the "fit" and "stance". :D I don't know any specs on the tire and wheel combo. I would guess 275/60-15's on the rear though.

Was going to my sons baseball game and saw the white one sitting in a parking lot with a for sale sign, bought it that day. It had been sitting for about 10 yrs on dirt so the floor pans had rusted. Replaced the pans with a floor from a 67 Impala, they were close but not exact. The brown one had a 348 3-2's and 4 spd. this was 283 PG. Found clutch peddle assembly in a junk yard and am going to convert to a 4 spd. All that was done in 1981, family matters and other priorities got in the way and its sat like that ever since. Have just moved it from my remote garage to home so it might finally get some attention. Intention is to do it as a driver, I have a show car and don't drive it enough. The paint is so so and there's a bunch of bondo in it but for a driver it will be fine. Have a 348+2 that will go in it but will make it look like the old 283. As you can see I have the plans but haven't had the time to get to it...

Here's my '63 that I sold in 1988, because I just had to have a Corvette. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

The result of a street race back in 1967. The door was ripped of in the crash and the my friend got a broken shoulder. This Impala was a real screamer with a built 327 and a 4-speed. Too bad it ended up like this.
