bolt pattern on 49 to 54 chevys?

  1. dumb question, i know but i need to know. im looking at a 10 bolt off a monte and it reads the bolt pattern is 5 by 4.75. is this the same?

    Yes, standard Chevy passenger car 5x4 3/4 (5x4.75) '49 and up, including A, F and G bodies (Camaro, Chevelle, Monte) Buicks of the same , Olds and Pontiac too.......
     

  4. If you're looking for a rearend that's bolt-in, the second-gen Camaro 10-bolt is as close as they come. Most everything else needs perches moved/added.

    Like 95% of your 1949-up RWD Chevrolet cars have that same pattern, exceptions would be 71-76 fullsize and 77-up wagons.
