Normally in the Seattle area we enter our shops in November and re-emerge in May.

I'll be at the Bremerton swap meet this sat. If you can't make that, go to the Museum of Flight, check out the "Personal Courage Wing"' , I spent almost a year building , 88,000 sq ft. of exhibits there. We did almost every thing except the aircraft and artifacts. It was the best year of my working career.

Albany is a easy drive down I-5, about 70 miles depending on where you start out. The fairgrounds are right off of the freeway, you can't miss it. Well, I guess you could...Directions
The swap meet is quite good, seems to get a bit bigger each year.

have not been there yet but everyone tells me that Kelly's Olympian is a great bar and grill with garage and motorcycle memorabilia. lots of great food. I recomend Deschuttes brewery for food and drink. I like the Black Butte Porter. and the Rueben sandwhich is amazing!!!! driving around is grat too. lots to see. tons of bridges cool buildings etc. I have been here in Portland for a year now so I still think all that stuff is awesome.
