I can't believe you three are bickering over a late model Mustang! JJ, yes it's a Ford, but it's no Probe GT!

 

I got to check this car out top to bottom last week as the Posies bunch went through Texas. Really cool car. Good to see you made it to Vegas, Scott.

Great Pics. I was told HAMB'r twentygallons was awarded by Gene Winefield for his 61 T Bird. Heck I didn't even know the pre party gave out awards.

 

that SL is bitchin I think it has been modified (widen or stretched slightly, proportions looks different) over a newer Mercedes chassis/motor.. the rims are cool, tires might be a little to small

On the SL, the guys at Hot rods and custom stuff bought a new sl600 and placed the car on it. It is crazy..... The grill started out as a 600 lb chunk of aluminum.

 

Not sure but had the smell of WD-40 when I walked bye,,,,,,

 

Looks like an otherwise great looking car with shitty wheels.

THanks for the pictures. Wasn't there a company that was making the merc's in metal? I once heard Gene W. had the orginal die's from them. I don't know if it was true.

I would guess it's a friend of mines car. His name is Knick, aka MTK from www.l4p.com. I wave seen the renderings for it and those arent the wheels he planned on. Maybe just a placeholder.

Then again, maybe it isnt his.

BTW, those wheels are 2k each
