Help With Trans I.D. Please.

    The guy I got this from was told it was an overdrive lassalle trans just wanted to make sure . It also came with an adapter for a 331 long bell housing hemi.

    I believe that's a Packard. LaSalles didn't come with OD or look like that...

  5. Back in the '60's a buddy built up a '38 Chev PU with a Packard box, just brought two levers up through the floor, simple, and worked fine.

    Anybody have any idea what it is worth. I have not been able to find anything to compare it with.

    Thanks guys it is a packard R11 overdrive trans.Would still be interested in any info on what they are worth. I have surfed the internet and have not found much on pricing. Maybe they arent worth much.

    I have a picture of my Packard 356 with 3sd OD trans 1948-49. Trans looks the same but the OD looks different. also a picture of some of my motor stash. Ter409
