ran tulsa nitro nostalgia nats sat 1/4 mile ran best of 9.96@133mph. still need to lean it out a bit . i think it will run a 9.89 or so but im happy as hell, drives great on the bi end... and leaves hard even with a 3400 chip in it...

it wasnt a bad old body actually , i sold the front sheetmetal and doors and had scottrods build glass for it. it has no floor or firewall or frame so it was ready to build...
Dragrcr50 You should bring that J to Thompson Drag strip in north east Ohio for the gasser meet this year.You would enjoy it. Check with scotrods for time and dates. Be a great vacation week
fast forward july 2011 hot as hell, have changed to a 496 carb on gas lasst night ran 6.15 111.9 mph 1.379 60 ft love this car.........1/8th mile of course. look forward to seeeing some of you at the reunion race at ardmore in sep great nostalgia race. and my race at thunder valley on oct 29th all index class racing great fun ...
