Very cool! Tansy has a long relationship with the ISCA, I still have the promo cards for the Pool Hustler, Top Kop Kar and the Test Tube T....I think he won builder of the year in 75! and Chuck well he is surely a Legend!

I have a bunch of vintage indy tires, I buy em at swap meets on ebay and off craigslist, they dont show up very often so I grab em when I see em.

It was awesome seeing the Zingers. Hopefully, you had a good time and will make it back to the show with some more of your goodies!

I'll never forget Steve Tansy's '1915 Pantera' Centerdoor T which was on the cover of a Rod & Custom quarterly many years ago. It inspired me to go out and build a T sedan of my own.

On saturday Tansy brought a bunch of his old photo albums. Lots of construction photos. the T was definately a groundbreaking build for its time. Steve was an interesting guy with lots of stories from the good old days

I must say that Steve does have alot of really cool stories from back in the day.I just hung out with him last weekend and heard some pretty good ones. This was the first time I had actually met Steve. I have seen him around but never met him. And I will say he is a really cool guy.

You're the living example of the saying "It's never too late to have a happy childhood". I am in awe of your collection.
Did you have any problems with the Zoning board over the garage addition to hold the "toys"? The reason I ask is I see you live in a regular neighborhood that consists of private homes...........or are the pictures deceiving? Around here there would be two chances of getting that construction approved.....................slim and no:eek::)
BTW, I hear you about the snow shoveling.

I didnt have any trouble, but the garage can not be bigger than the house, and now I am wishing it was!

You just need to move out to the sticks. I've got two outbuildings, both WAY larger than the house! Not to mention all the crap hidden behind the hedgerow... I could NEVER live 'in town'.

Steve is a great guy, his stories can inspire and entertain you for days. His wife Diane is a cool lady too. When I finished my coupe the second place I took it was to steve's house. Awesome people
