I may have the opportunity to have some 1930-31 model a patch panels stamped out that would actually fit with no beating and begging. These patch panels would be the back corner of the quarter panel where it meets the rear sub rail. I know there are some patches out there for this, but i also know the fit leaves alot to be desired based on the 3 beads and compound curve. They would also be a bit taller than the others on the market for guys that need a little more than the lower few inches. Lets hear it then, is there any interest out there for an affordable quarter patch that actually fits?

Quality parts that fit will always have a market. What body style do you plan to make?

Sounds like a good idea with lots of buyers out there. The extra tall is good because rougher bodies are getting saved now.

These would be for the 1930-1931 model a coupe. If the response is somewhat decent, i have a source to have the dies made. These panels should fit like Henry fit them.

I'd be looking for them for a 29 coupe. I looked into having dies made to make the curved roof panels above the doors as well. It's doable but would take a nice chunk of change. I think there is a market for those as well. Hopefully the dies for you pieces won't rape you.

Wish they would have been available last year.

The ones that are available are garbage.

There has been a pretty decent response, I know alot of people have been frustrated with this area on their coupes and have been forced to patch it up and use alot of plastic filler. If there are any tool and die makers reading this I would be curious to hear their opinion and pick their brain a little. Hopefully if the interest keeps up we can get the ball rolling on this.
