Sounds like a great time. Maybe next year when I'm done sapporting the government
I'll make to one of those shows in Texas. Was out to east Texas 5 years ago. Looks just like Wisconsin, met some fun people there.

We just confirmed at the end of last week and that we will have the Jim Hall Chaparral 2K car at the show. This is the car Johnny Rutherford drove to the Indy Car National Championship in 1980.

The full story is at http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=510867.

Thanks to all those that have pre-registered. Pre-reg closes on Friday 17th. After that you can register at the show and PAY for your t-shirt instead of getting it FREE!

I drove to Watson's to hear you guys last week. But I missed you. When did you guys play?

  14. Hey Bart!

I don't think I'm going to be able to come and help with the show. I just passed a kidney stone (OUCH!) and Amy needs me to help get the baby room together this weekend. Plus, the 38 has been on jack stands since the HAMB drags waiting on a new master cylinder.

I'm so bummed to miss this! Everyone reading this please attend this cool event.

The car show is still on, rain or shine.

I figure the 4500 sq. ft. Pavilion of Speed tent will be pretty popular today.

Yep it was fun even with the rain . Thanks Bart for another great show .

  22. We enjoyed the show as it was. Even a rainout at MOM is worth attending!

T-shirts, MOM medallion, great attitudes, and license to enjoy. I saw a Nash station wagon there I wanted. Who knew those would look great slammed to the ground.

I drove over from Tyler. Got into rain about Terrell ,kept coming and got up there and the guy at the entrance told me they cancelled the show. I was kinda bummed. Didn't get to see anything. That was about 11:45.

Good times Bart for sure, I would have driven many miles just to see the collection of race cars that showed up. That was really a treat, and the trading cards and medallions made it a memory that will last a lifetime!!!!!!! Loved the 2 styles of tshirts also Thanks BartRusty

The mdealions or medals were for the registered cars, Cool little medal wheels with a stand to set on your desk. Too Cool

And yes the coloring books ruled, I got there around ten and stayed till they called it around 12:30

  29. I pre registered, Did they come in the goodie bag or did you buy them? I got there around 11 and left when you were loading up.
