I'm 61, retired, and have been enjoying Nostalgia Drag Racing in my 49 Thames that I learned to drive in when I was 14. It's on a tube chassis running a 383 strocker, 700R4, and a Halibrand Champ rear: a few changes since 1963. I also have a 49 Ford Panel with a 455 Olds and turbo 400 that I bought in original condition in 1972 for $25., and drove it home. My wife currently has a 350 powered 60 Corvette with an M21. We race around southern Ontario and the North Eastern States in the summer and spend our winters in Florida. I'm a happy guy!

I have been watching the Drag Week coverage pretty closely, and if that is the Thames in question, you have one very, very sexy ride! ! If not, I wanna see pics, as I have rarely seen a Thames that races that didn't excite me!
