Yeah D! It has the right "vibe"for sure..For me,I dig the bare-bones,days of old, drag-racing feel the event has..Heads-up..No classes,no rules..But it is also a very laid back,cruise-in car show for those who don't want to drag..
Hope to see that BAD AZZ 33' coupe your building ready for next season..people will f'ing lose their minds when they see that car!

I attended the September show and it was a blast. Just having the chance to take my car down the track as many times as I felt like was awesome. Too bad there aren't more pictures here from the show. There was a lot of nice cars and a good crowd.

SURE IS! Just got word that HOTROD DELUXE Magazine is coming down to do a shoot on MAY 21st..Bring your trad rod,Gasser,stocker and join in the fun..It was a blast last year!

 

I think Saturday July 23rd is the next one. Going to try to make it and my Dad's bringing his 63 Futura and my brother is bringing his 521 Stroker Fairlane.

 

The nextday, sunday, is the funny car reunion and huge Nostalgia drag event. Lots of cars that run that event get there on Saturday and run Sat nite on the 1/8 with gassers and Super Stocks.

 

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hemi a with zoomies......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmeeee like!

 

Should be a good one if we don't all melt first! This Digs will be on the 1/4 mile track! We'll park in the staging lanes. Come to the main pit gate. Gates open at 5 p.m.
