    if i can find a set of rear drums and hubs i dont see why not it would be super fun to go !:cool:

  6. my first "old car" many years ago was a stock 1929 Model A tudor that i brought home in the back of a pickup truck. Restored it stock (because i could'nt afford to rod it) and drove around town with my wife and our two young kids. lots of great memories!

    somthing has been goin on the transmission picked a 39 set up at the swapmeet today for it also a T rear spring to come !

    You are going to love the 3 spd in that car, it was the first thing I did to mine, made a world of difference. Who are you buying the kit to do the trans from? Cling's was the cheapest I found.

    dropped axle also took 2 or 3 leafs out of the front spirng

    Sent ya a pm on what else you may need. Torque tube clam shell and cup are needed from a v-8 car too but they are cheap.

    you got a great project there...I got a pair of 7.50 on wheels let me know if you want them, my buddie lives just down the street from me but travels to Vancover for work...heres a pick of the tires and wheels...

    Better and better!...every bit makes a difference. The taller tires will fill up the rear fenders nicely. The headlights look great.

    Whatcha do to it over the 9 months, rebuild the engine?

    mostly just about waitin on the money lol:D i did the head gasket put on a new sealed water pump converted the brakes dropped the headlight bar and front axle. engine still runs well and leaked down good as well so i just put the intake and the header on for now

    thanks red ! My pickup is still in many peaces it sort of got bugged over for now by the -A-, I'm going to try and get going on it soon I cant wait ! took a quick cell pic the other day when i took her out for a burn, it looks totally different with the hood on I like it :)
