I usually only post about two car shows on here, and they're both in the same weekend. This is the Greaserama event, which has a lot of very neat traditional customs (mixed-in with a few very awful ratty rat rods). Still, it's a fun group out there, and I know there's a lot of interest in this event on the HAMB, so I thought I'd share. 201 pictures for your viewing pleasure. 2010 Greaserama Coverage and Pictures Also, if you have pictures from this, please feel free to add them to this thread if you want! I hope you like it!
Slideshow GUYS ! Thanks for the picture that you posted. It sure is an easy way to see the event. Good showing of the wide range of vehicles that show up at this event.
Really enjoyed the coverage, and thanks for all of the photo's, it's appreciated ! Thanks. firstnomad www.angelfire.com/jazz/flatlandstudio
wow......and I thought the East coast had some ugly cars....... glad everyone had a good time. good people put this show on.......
that just made me miss that so much more!!!! wish i could've been there, but i had just as much fun here in colorado. made friends, went to a show. man i miss kc now since i missed it!!
over 900 cars, and 4000 people on saturday.... pretty good show. I was surprised at much attention my little ranchero got, I've actually lost my voice from answering so many questions. Nothing like a good weekend of hot rods and cold beer.
Hey! tiredford, for correct angle on the pix click on the directional arrow and then it will show a sideways pic, click again and a standard view will pop up, may not be right but it worked for me. Bujt after i went out of the thread and back in it won't work. Fuckin strange! How in the hell does this work, help a dummy!Never mind, the dummy figured it out! My tranny needs a bushing and I didn't go this year and I missed the hell out of this super show!! Los Punk Rods are the real deal!! ~Sololobo~
The "Who can build the shittiest shitbox" contest seems to be alive and well from coast to coast. For my part, I bought one of the "No Clown Rods" stickers at the LPR table. Thanks to the Los Punk Rods for putting this on.
Thanks for posting the link. I 'pussed out this year and didnt make it. Next year...! -Karl P.s. How was the music? Any Rockabilly or alt-country?
Thanks for the pics. Enjoyed them. We were in Kansas City yesterday, but did not know these were going on. Had things to do, so could not have made them anyway.
Sorry. Maybe a glitch in the system? They're workign for me, but I've had people tell me they get some strange things before. I think it's the Picasa account.
Worked fine for me,Thanks..........I would need to go back and look again but was that a refridgerator car? I thought about something like that when I was a kid
It was a Crosley chassis and drivetrain skinned with a Crosley refrigerator. Refrigerators were actually what Crosley built as their main line of business.
