the coral, robin egg blue, dark brown, and emerald green all contain lead.

  5. Go clean 'em out. Bring a trunk load to Autorama.

if they took the lead out of the paint, why does it still say for professional use only?

i think it's gay that they took lead out of auto paint, it's not like a baby is going to suck on a door or hood....

There's an art store here in Richmond that has like 5 gallons of reducer on the shelf and tons of 1shot. Bad thing is that it's the only place in town to get it and its wicked expensive. The good thing it's been sitting there for years, no one buys the stuff.

  11. Federal Law dictated the removal of all Lead by a certain date.
It wasn't their decision, but still sucks.

    Kritz: sent you a PM.
Hopefully all the good flavors are not gone yet.

  12. kritz, I sent a PM too.

Unk, save some for me. :D

Kritz, is sale just at the Corruna rd. store, or are they clearing out the Fenton store too?

I drove past the corruna store yesterday and thought I should check that out, but didn't have time. I'll stop by there tomorrow and pick some up if you haven't bought it all by then.

  15. How many stores have they got ?

ok, all the pm's should be replied to...

oldtin...they only have the closeout at the corunna road store....all the stuff was shipped there from the fenton and center road stores.

they are continuing to stock one shot, however, ,mainly just the popular and good colors. and they will also continue to special order stuff.

the list at the top of the colors i bought is what they have colorwise...atleast for the cheap price.

damn straight, we cleaned them out of air brushing materials a couple months ago. they even threw in the paint rack with it....

my buddy bought a crap load of stuff, we added it all up, he spend 130 dollars, and had he paid the 6.00 per paint tube for air brushing paint. it would have been about $500 out the door.

I had no idea their one shot was on sale... i must go there today!

Just got back....almost all of it is gone. Alot of browns, tan, magenta. I bought all the clear, reducer and hardener. Sorry guys, I can't pass up a good deal.

  26. I asked kritz to pick me up some reducer and I would get it from him at Autorama.

FHP, can you pass along the good deal like kritz was going to, or are you saying we're all S.O.L.?

I intended to bring some to Autorama for $1 a can. That's the main reason I bought it. Cause I ain't no striper.

  28. Thanks man. Hang onto a can of reducer for me. I ain't no striper either, I'm a learner and a mess maker.

    Viva da HAMB. :)
