After 4 years of work I finally got some gloss on my 64 caddy. I went through the whole car rebuilding the entire drivetrain and 429. Seats all upholstered in white tuck n roll. Nosed, decked and shaved the doorhandles, side trim and beltline trim under rear window, and no wipes. It was an exciting day to finally see it all shiny!! Cant wait to see it buffed and in the sun this week. Color is black cherry. Heres some pics of the build....

As soon as he gets it all buffed out i will drop some pics of the whole car. Insurance jobs take priority at his shop.. i actually really like the stock caps a lot so i will do some pics with with them back on.

56 Caddy caps (the deep ones) look nice on those early 60s Caddy's. They look alot like the stock ones only nicer, you should give it a try.

Couldnt get it into the direct sun without shadows so when i get the trans back in i will drive it to an open area for good pics,,, no door locks installed yet so the door lines may look weird since their all the way in
