Engine I D ?

I was organizing and deleting photos accumulated in my computer and came across this picture. I know I did not take it but I would like to know what it is. Thanks for any help.

 

MotorCity Flathead all aluminum reproduction of a 49 to 53 Ford engine.

 

The emblem on the heads looks like Motor City Speed Equipment and the block looks like the aluminum flatty that Mark Kirby is now road testing. http://www.shadowrods.com/

That is our all new all aluminum flathead block....That pic was taken at Phil Golliers shop in ohio....
