If you want a project, you shouldn't have got a finished car. If it is done and painted, I would spend the time you would have invested in finishing it, actually driving it...

Woah, good responses! I was just taking a break at work and checked up on the poll...resounding choice is not to touch it. I like hearing other peoples' voices of reason...wouldn't want to do something drastic! Leaving it alone was also my first thought, but the Photochopped picture looks sexy! maybe an inch or two less than the chopped picture. Realistically, I'll probably just leave it alone. And for those who suggested whitewalls...I just them and the chrome wheels off! :/

I'd get rid of the cowl lights and be done.

  6. That one looks great the way it is. Don't follow the "individual" crowd that ends up like everyone else.

  7. Yes I total agree with Mr James, that coupe is perfect as is. A quick change pecking out from under the rear would look excellent tho.

  8. Too nice to chop. Do you know what the exact color is?

    Here's a thought.

Drive it for a year or two as is. You can always chop it later if it starts to bug you that the top is that tall.

check mine... It was so hacked when i picked it up...I hesitated to chop it, YET I sort of got away with one, cause the floor was torched so I Channeled it with a lil Body Rake. Almost Everyone has said to leave it!!!! It looks Great Channeled and NOT chopped. You have a great wheel tire Combo and Great paint... Ive since bought a Coupe to fill my urge to own a Chopped A.... look at my photo album.. "Race"

You should paint it flat black and the wheels glossy red ...

    ... oops wrong website :p

Actually I love the color !!! I like it the way it is but I hear you on the urge to modify it, it is just in our nature to do something to make it "ours" and take ownership of it.

I say for starters just take the fenders off and see how you like it.

I'm going for Chop it and Bobbed..

I think it would look better with the bobbed fenders so since you have the Primer and Paint to touch up after you bobbed the fenders...you might as well chop it.

Maybe a a neat nerf bar would be cool too... but that thing looks really bad ass as is too..

Haha...I'll see if I can add that option in. Actually, maybe not...looks like I'd be getting bludgeoned quite a bit! That's a good word...I want to start using "bludgeon" more...

The color is called "Dark Neutral," and it's a PPG color. It was cloudy this morning when I started out for work, and it looked almost black. Sometimes it looks brown, sometimes it looks like a dark plum/brown.

No chop!!! That's one of the sweetest looking A's I've seen in a long time. Chopping it up will just get you a cookie cutter A like hundreds of others out there. Show some restraint............you won't be sorry.
