Great pictures. Really interesting cars. Thanks for all your time to put this together and posting.
I went last year and stayed next to the canal, right next to the bathtub car!
The race car I went with last year wasn't done, so no trip this year.

I thought your avatar was a picture of your east coast twin brother, Scarry Larry

 

Anybody have an idea what this is out of??? It's pretty classy lookin'!

 

I thought they had race cars at Bonneville?

I mean like more than two...

Bob, thanks for posting your pictures and what you did and enjoyed at Bonneville. I always enjoy and look forward to seeing your prospective of the events you attend and document. You add a lot to the HAMB, keep up the good work.

Think they played about three hours...

Saturday morning..."loaded up the truck,and moved to Beverly...." HAHA! Put my bicycle on the Bonneville Bathtub,and headed over to the track...


This was Dennis's friends from England,who drove out from back East,1200 miles!

This Modified was running around all week. It was really cool...and For Sale! I didn't get to see how much though!

Wow after seeing all that salt buildup in these photos I am having second thoughts about ever wanting to go there!!!

 

BenD's two sons came rolling up after being out on the salt for quite awhile in their little go cart thingy and when they hopped out they were both covered in salt. It was actually pretty cool looking. Earl Shieb snapped a shot of em. Hopefully he will post it up sometime.

Prepare your car before you go. Clean your car when you get back. Its part of the fun!
