Damn you make me feel like a lazy fool. Damn fine work. Damn good progress. Exceptional documentation. I'm still in awe.

Great tech series Paul. Definately have my thanks for a lot of the How-Tos that are a part of the series. They fit into my plans for my car and are a great help to a first time rod builder.

    thanks guys,

    Kieth,

my brother says the same thing, he's a printer, by trade and on the side

my father's cousin is a publisher, puts out Cartoon World, a magazine for the profesional cartoonist

my wife is a freelance artist, kinda goofy cartoon type stuff.

if I ever finish it there are people ready to help make it happen.

    maybe a pop-up book?

but kinda like Zap comics [IMG]

    think there's a market?

This is one of the best (quality and detail) builds that I have seen here on the HAMB. I may be biased as your car is not far off of my own little roadster modified p/u. Great work. Thank you for spending the time to share your step by step.

You make me tired. I remember the days when I used to get stuff done... That was a long time ago.

thanks, but as far as this week is concerned, that was not my intent and I must disqualify myself for this post as there is nothing new here.

some very good stuff is being posted, daily,
and tech week is pretty cool,
but wouldn't it be really cool if we kept posting regular updates,
    even during drama week?

the work I've shown here I feel is amateur at best,
I have seen some awsome work on here,
stuff that diffinately makes a guy feel humble.
I've tried to make a point of showing the stuff that didn't work as well as the stuff that did.
Because that’s what I think real hot rodding is all about,
    making stuff work.
to me that means a lot of trial and error.

and I do appreciate ALL the feedback, some has even been helpful! [IMG] hahaha

    ..................

what I have not done is make a point of acknowledging here the generosity of some of you,

Upchuck, thank you for the shock mounts!

CGkid, thank you for the grill shell!

marshal, thank you for the cross member and pitman arm!

    You guys are the best!

    Paul

    bone splitting

    more simple TECH front spring

    open banjo

    yank n stuff

update, modified frame, K and box

progress on the modified and recap

    grill shell

    grill shell revisited

will this work wish bone socket

    rear bone

    rear crossmember revisited

    bone weldin’

    front shocks

    transmission mount
