Mike and I were giggling like school girls when we were rolling it out thinking of the day someone cracks this quarter to find that.

 

Had to make a new rear cross member for the rear panel. All that stuff was rotted and I needed it straight to finish hanging the quaRTER which is ready to go for in the morning.

On a side note, i have a couple of those cheap jacks too, i was thinkin about goin over the welds and weldin the bolted on parts to avoid this to happen.

So Fu, correct me if im wrong please.
You tack it w/ a mig and then you lay a full on bead w/ the tig machine to build up less heat?
Amazing work once again.

 

Kinda. Actually MIG is less heat, but heat is your friend. I tack it with MIG so I can hold the metal with one hand and tack with the other. For me that's much quicker than trying to tack with a TIG. Then I grind the tacks and weld it up with a TIG.
