Zeke, Please be safe! I would like to thank you for your service and sacrifice on my behalf - it is very much appreciated. May God watch over you and protect you. I will be lifting prayers up for you. Thor
Reguarding Zeke's deployment wish list. It would be good for the cause if those of us who are intending to send Zeke a care package list what we are sending and maybe contact him on the amount of each that you/we send. We don't want to be sending 25 different batches of Lawry's Seasoning salt and bay leaves and then none of the things down the list. A person should be able to pick up serious quanities of some of those items at a friendly price at either Costco, Sam's Club or maybe one of the stores that markets to local restraunts and cafes but will sell to the public. When you get over to the personal item's page it's a bit different as some of that will probably go pretty fast. As an old Vet I know personally that those care packages mean a lot and most of them get shared with at least the whole squad every time one shows up.
I set up a social group as a place to keep up with what has been sent and needs to be sent Join up and join in http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/group.php?groupid=535
If you guys have any questions about what to send and what he might need the most please just ask me because i just got back from afghanistan last week and could provide some good insight as to good items to send and stuff that prob wont be needed. And the biggest thing is baby wipes, those things are life savers out their.
