A little promotion from the shop but we have run alot of great HAMB quality projects through the shop this spring and i wanted to share them with you all. This is not ment to be an add just a view of what we have been working on. Rex Rogers The summer driving season is here and Custom Auto Inc. has had a productive Spring. Here are just a few highlights of the shop accomplishments over the last three months. The Crew at Custom Auto Inc is fully dedicated to all of our customers and their projects, that they have entrusted to us. We are continuing to seek out great projects to help build their portfolios, and increasing our customer base to help ensure that these valued projects are built or restored to the quality and craftsmanship in which they deserve. Marv Almquist located the original style oil pressure and amp gauge for his 1936 Ford truck. The restoration of this classic truck is now complete Eric Lammes's 1951 Chevy is currently at Doug's Upholstery in Scotts Bluff Nebraska, and is nearing completion. Eric and Custom Auto are excited to debut the car at he KKOA Show in Salina Kansas on July 23. David Duthu's Ardun Motor with original heads is complete. The engine went on the dyno and produced respectable 230 hp. Ed Blais 1932 Ford Tommy Classon Roadster is in the shop for an engine rebuild. We are working on getting the car back out on the open road. Richard Morrison Dropped off his 1939 Lagonda, a front sway bar was added to help improve the cars handling. A general race prepping of the car was preformed as well. Custom Auto Inc hosted it's second annual open House during the Colorado Goodguys event. We had a great turnout and we would like to thank all those that attended and invite them back next year or any time you are in the area. Dr. Brinker's Restoration of Chet Herberts Beast III is nearing completion. The streamliner needs to be out on the lawn at Pebble Beach very soon so the shop is giving the car our undivided attention the next few weeks. Ed Pink' 1936 Ford is also noted in the Rodders Journal issue # 48 and we are currently working on getting the restoration started on this outstanding and well built race car. Ray Rodman's 1932 Ford Five window will be heading to the paint shop soon Mr. Rodman has owned this car since he was 16 it will be great to see this car back out the road. Sidney Allen's 60's style 1932 Ford three window is ready for final assembly shop space is made and we will begin assembling the chassis. Ron Paschich has put over 14,000 trouble free miles on his car over this past nine months. The car was in the shop this spring for a general inspection of the whole car and some general service work. Thanks for the comments guys, the maroon three window is at our shop now the owner has 20,000 miles on the car, we need to do a little ac work to the car and get him back on the road. his plan is to do 24,000 miles in 12 months. and the 51 Chevy is Complete now. we have two weeks left until our deadline with the Beast III.
That Chet Herbert streamliner is just incredible. What an honor to be putting something like that back together. You guys do top notch work and I definitely will be keeping up with your updates.....I hope you update soon and thoroughly hahah!!! Wish I had the cake for the tank.
