started packing, looking for gold chains, threw in dog tags and also found my Budwiser"Sturgis " chrome chain and badge ..... am debateing on bringing my "genuine Salina " nametag or hoping for a new one

maybee I should also get a tux for any formal wear needs??

Leaving Wed and going to have a pajama party in Indy Wed night. We'll be in Salina late Thursday night ready to sweat our asses off all weekend in Kansas. Clothes are optional this weekend right??

 

Nothing much going on early in the week that I know of.

 

Greg the good news is Denise says you can pack "lite"..... your wallet and your tooth brush. The bad news is you're definitely riding with someone else!

Did I tell ya about the time I got snowed in and decided I was going to the Swap Meet anyway? Put the snow tires on the Pinto Wagon,(not a stocker), pulled the passenger seat. Crammed in everything I knew would sell, and put my pit wax, tooth brush, and shorts in the glove box. Sold everything. Besides, won't I look kinda funny walking down the Highway carrying a table?

 

We will be heading out of here Friday am sometime!

 

I'm headin out tomorrow morning with Plowboy, my first visit, can't wait!!

 

I'll be leaving Rolla, Mo. and driving out tomorrow. We'll probably hit I-70 at Columbia, Mo. around 10:00a.m. Maybe we'll see some of you along the way. I'll be driving my 57'chev. pickup with "Junk Bros" door art. We're staying at the Econolodge in Salina. later, Sam

Got the car packed. Will be servicing it tomorrow and heading out Friday afternoon!

 

Me, megan and decayed4p stopped for the night in effingham, I'll. It was hot as hell today driving. Stopped for dinner in indy with good pals then continued on once the sunset. Much better. Planning on getting an early start for wichita then north to salina. See ya all there!

 

i dont really know anyone from here but im looing forward to meeting anyone i can. ive been looking forward to this show.

 

Heading out tomorrow. Missed it last year, so can't wait. A needed weekend of cars, heat, and car folks

There must be something great in Wichita, because from where you are coming from that is just a little out of the way. Who am I talk though, I would drive a few hundred miles out my way for car stuff too!

My old man is headed south out of Salina today, just called in all excited about the number of cars that are north bound headed for the show. Hope to see everyone ttonight at the Cash tribute. I'll be standing near the sound board wearing a black SoCal shirt with a big yellow leadsled logo on the back, stop by and say hi!

 

Just a thought for you folks who are gonna be in Salina this evening. Benny Wheels will be performing as Johnny Cash. When you see him, you will believe he is Johnny Cash. Sounds like him, looks like him, and has the same facial expressions.
