I think we got a cool idea with this one. The lower plate bolts to the blower and then the top bolts to that. We are only offering the 6x2 for now but are going to make a 2x4 rams horn and a 3x2 in the future. The tops ae interchangeable so you can do a quick swap of your induction.

Of course this carries the EELCO name.

It lists for 299.99 and HAMBr's will get the 10% off as usual.
    But if you act now!!!

cool idea, is there a gasket between the two pieces or just use RTV to seal top plate to lower plate.

Sent you a PM with a question

Made a top similar in design to that about 10 years ago when a buddy had a 2-4 tunnel ram (with $$$$ invested scoop and carbs), then he bought one of those B&M 144 blowers with the 4v integral flange, so we made him a 2 piece top to fun his 2-4 setup. Looks good though.

An 8x2 could be done but I would need to see a lot of interest.

It looks way too big on top of the 6-71. The weiand 6-71 manifold looks perfect. I think you should go towards making it shape up nicer.....

That is mostly the camera angle. It is very close to the Weiand size. Also the case I have it on there doesn't have a rear bearing plate so that makes it 2" shorter.

    while we're asking,

    how about 2x2, 3x2 or 4x2 for topping a 471?

I think Weiand made two different types. One style pretty much like your's Marty and one that was a lot more compact.

Marty, are you ready to start taking orders for these? and What kind of timing for delivery?

My buddy just got his 6x2 set up saturday at Hotrodarama and it's a quality piece. The casting looks great and the machine work is top notch. I was over at your booth early sat and must say everything that I saw was high quality and very well designed and reasonably priced.. (the rotary table drill press story) It's good to see high quality Made in USA parts instead of the usual made overseas junk.

Hey thanks, It's nice to see guys who appreciate a quality made in USA part. We only brought a small selection to the show becasue we are working on going to SEMA this year. The blower tops are in stock now. i will add them to our online catalog later in the week. (I have about 6 new items to add)

This thread is 5 years old!

If that is the Marty I purchased parts from....NO BUENO!

My eelco 6x2 manifold for the nailhead.....half of the holes didn't line up and had to be filled and re-machined

An ST400 flywheel I purchased looked like it had been welded by a blind man with a harbor freight stick welder.

And shipping??? That was the worst! promise after promise, then lies to cover lies on why I havent received anything yet.

Marty Lackner/EELCO get two thumbs down here.
