  2. my son's 31. he wanted to go fenderless on a stock frame with a late model 350/350 combo. for his first Hot Rod (at age 43) for once in his life he listened to me. We're both happy with his full fendered, slammed, 330 DeSoto Hemi powered fake touring

I like the looks of both the fendered and fenderless cars. All depends on how they are done. But taking off the front fenders and running boards makes it a heck of a lot easier to do engine and front end work so I'm glad I changed mine the way I did. My back is thanking me for it.:D

A F-ing 29 Nash is cool but real hot rodders do what works so fenders on or off real hot rodders run the SHIT out of their cars. Enjoy them while they last.
BTW I think fenders keep the sand off your face/that gets annoying isn't it. :p

That looks cool! If I left any of mine like that they would be brown with flash rust in about 3 hours.

I love "A"s with fenders when they sit right. Been looking for fenders for my 30 coupe for a while. I'll find some!

Helping a buddy finish up this coupe. Almost done.[IMG]

  22. Here is mine, 1930 Tudor.
I still need to lower the rear a little and change out the tires to 600-16 front and 750-16 rear... then the exterior is done.

Here's a couple of mine from back in the early 70's. The tudor had an SBC in it and the 4 door was stock. We used to take the hot rod to the Hot Rod Magazine Nats in Berea Ohio and with 5 guys inside and 4 on the running boards we'd run down to that neat little bar down the road from the fairgrounds. Running board guys had to jump off to make the turns though! Some guy named Denny with a glass company bought it - I think maybe Pittsburg. Car got a dropped headlight bar and lost the horn after the first few trips.
