Before-After (Shoebox Ford Seat)

  1. Before - what i found when i unwraped the seat that came with the 50 i bought


    After-- Just got back the finished WHITE seat

    its scarry what people hide under thoes blue tarps you just never know, the new white looks good.

    Looks very nice!!I love white interior,but my kids(and me) would probably be pretty hard on it:D

    Looks really nice.I've been looking for a project seat too,but i guess i have to think something else,because here's not so many shoebox seats for sale in here Finland..

    turned out great, I havent gottn that far yet it anyone painting or powdercoating thier seat frames before uphoustlery?
     
  11. ZERO-RUST works great on seat frames before you recover them.

    Did you buy seat covers or?And if you did buy seat covers,where did you buy them if you don't mind telling us!

  19. I striped the seats to the frame.took the frame to do-it -yourself car wash and power washed them,then painted them.
    Then i took them to a guy in Gap,Pa who does great work. He ordered the white vinyl and with sewing machine made the pleats & and installed them on frames.

    I know this is a super old post but do you have the guys number or shop name? I have a set of '49 Club coupe seats I need done asap
