It was July 4, 2006. My wife and I were sitting on our front porch discussing life, The Jalopy Journal, my day job, and our futures. The two weeks prior had been spent putting together a program that, we hoped, would bring value to you guys and stabi...

To read the rest of this blog entry from The Jalopy Journal, click here.
If you can dream it you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this a great country or what !!!!!!!!!! We are all happy for you Ryan, and thanks again for keeping this place for us to hang out. BB
This is the best forum I belong to. I have been an Alliance member for two years now and you can guarantee my renewal. Keep up the good work.
What bob K said Ryan. Thanks for giving us a place to hang out and especially the hamb drags. See 'ya there.
Happy Independence Day Ryan. You've really put something unique and powerful and by you chasing that dream we all are better for it. Chasing a dream and creating a company is one thing but I think it only hold real power when you are able to give back and enrich the lives of those who partake in it. I am sure we all could take a good bit and reflect on how this place has either given us great new friends or packed our skulls with more info then we know what to do with. Thanks dude.
Great post,Ryan.May I add A GREAT BIG THANKS to our men and women in uniform and all the veterans who sacrificed so we could all chase our dreams.God Bless America !
"I love you guys and I love this damned country of ours. Happy Independence Day." Pretty much sums it up for me too. Thank you Ryan for your forward thinking. A huge risk my friend, and thats how we got to here A lot to be gained by being a member, Thankful to be a part.
where would i be in my life without the Hamb???????probably driving my blown vega wagon..and minius a whole lot of new freinds......thanks for hitting that green button.. getting ready to pay up for my 3rd year as an alliance member... besides, where else can ya go and buy a huge box of silly putty on the internet...at an outrageous price!!!!!!!
"I love you guys and I love this damned country of ours. Happy Independence Day." Goes for me too. Thanks Ryan, I love it here.
Ryan, your living the dream. We should all hope to have half the guts and half the success at what we love...
thats probably the hardest part cutting your self from your job and taking that gamble. glad it worked out for ya. you gave everyone more time around old cars. thanks Ryan
Thanks Ryan I have been meaning to become a alliance member. Well now I am a member put me down on the list!!!!!! Thanks and good luck. Happy 4th of July happy birthday America. And may God bless you. Knuck from indiana.
Thank you Ryan. You know that even through one of the worst years of my life, I WANTED to belong to this group. There are so many great people on here, friends, who I would never have connected with otherwise. There isn't a member here that I wouldn't help out, mostly because they would do the same for me, but also, because there are good people on here. I, for one, am really glad you took the plunge, cause we all benefit from your endeavor.
I plan on being an alliance member for as long as i can. The event coverage alone is worth the 50 bucks a year. I get to see shows and events that i probably never would be able to attend. The photos, and knowledge here is worth every penny. Just being a member, and getting to be in touch with such talented builders and like minded hot rod guys and gals is priceless. We are lucky to have the h.a.m.b., and a motivated guy like you ryan. We get it, thanks to you too... I love this place...
Yes Ryan, this is a great example of the American dream, and this forum is also an example of the best of the internet values, free examples of sharing truth, and knowledge, with a control of civility, and purpose.
