McCulloch M39 Supercharger help

I've got a M39 McCulloch Supercharger and was wondering if anyone had any manuals on them or experince?
As I understand it they were prewar flatty only.

A friend of mine is running a McCulloch Supercharger ( not sure what model ) in his roadster....

 

Same one. Does he have any instructions??

The McCulloch supercharger pictured is a 1936 model. That was the first year of manufacture.
