Just thought I would post a pic of the 52 Chev Ive been working on for the last couple years. Should be painted in the next month or so, cant wait!!
Thanks for all the positive feedback guys!! I will try and get more pictures and post them up. I am stuck on blue for the color. I shot some test pieces in some metallic blues but none of them had the pop that I am after so I settled on House of Kolors royal blue flake. I am using a smaller flake over a metallic base, I want to keep more classy and not so bass boat.
Just a little update.. Got it painted the other day! Now just tieing up some lose ends and get the interior done.
Thanks for the positive feedback guys! The car is chopped approx. 6 inches with slanted pillars, lenghtened the rear quarters slightly, lowered the rear wheel openings 2 inches, 56 Olds headlight bezels, etc etc.. I have been working on the car for a good 3 years now. Ive had to replace pretty much replace the lower 12 inches of car including the entire floor. Got the car from a buddy of mine for $200 so it was to be expected.. Will try to post some more pics as I get more of the car together..
