Trying to get back to this. Gotta put new door hinges in the '55 tomorrow, then fuel guage, re-wire head and tailights, then I can get back to the '50. Hoping to make some headway this summer.

  2. This one is for the little woman, its been on hold for a couple months while I build her a sub shop. When I get that done next month I'm gonna tear back into it.

I am normally playing with 60s-70s GM musclecars but my street rod friends have convinced me to build a rat..so started last month on this 37 buick. Goal is to have it out by September to drive to the fall swap meets, leaving the original paint and rust for now so it should look pretty cool.

I've been getting the itch to build up a 30's, 40's or 50's truck and make it super nice and use that as my daily driver and get rid of my Z71. I like the way you are building this one!

thanks... I've built many frames and done a lot of different vehicles over the past 20+ years... this one is going to be a clean, low-budget ride that will fit more into a "traditional" rod style when done... budget is less than $3500, but it will get approval here and with groups on other boards :D

WOW! Awesome Deuce! I'm making this my wallpaper. It seems you were able to get the front kinda low running what seems to be a stock axle. I may be seeing things though! Have you swept the frame at the front? Awesome job by the way!

Bought 1st house, getting married in two weeks. Haven't worked on this car in over a month. Did buy a nice '54 4 door for parts the other day. I will drive this '54 in the next three months.
