The body got its paint last weekend now it is time to reassemble the frame and mount the body, now I just need to figure out what I want to do for a grill shell.

Here's mine. 55 Plymouth Plaza 2-dr. sedan. We tried to start the flathead 6 yesterday. Boy was that a waste of a hundred bucks for parts. No compression in #1 & #3 cylinder.

This is almost back on the road, 1 fender is painted, bed is fixed up, windows are in and 1 fender to paint, tailights to bolt on and it'll be done,

So that I can get back to work on this!

I found a thread about post 64s that qualify as HAMB friendly somewheres. The thoughts were that Dodge A 100s were in because the body style didn't change since coming out in 64. Early Ford Econolines also qualified, and I think they allowed the early Chevy vans, just because.

But more important, I LIKE IT! Mine are posted here somewhere.

Two of my projects. I used to be a one-project-at-a-time person, however, instead of one unfinished project, I've got three. Maybe I just REALLY like hunting/chasing parts?

I've got a build thread on the 1920 here.

There's no build thread on the 27 but I've collected enough to make it a roller. It'll be a post war hotrod.

 

There's some cool cars being built out there! You have inspired me to get at least 1 of my 5 projects on the road this summer!

 

willysguy, that thing is pretty nice. Please tell me there's going to be a cool motor between the frame rails.

It's still up in the air, I already have a blown '92 powered car so I don't want to go that route. The chassis is already fitted for a T 10 4 spd/ 57 Ford 9". We'll see as it gets cleaned up & becomes a roller.

 

Working on rear hubs/brakes, spring perches. Then probably a new wiring harness... if I can resist driving it as-is for a while.

 

Willysguy Well the other two choice would be really cool! I personally would want to see an Olds Rocket in there. That would command respect. I'd also wouldn't mind a 327 dressed right either.

'32 3w's always seem to find the guys that love to throw money at them and miss the mark in terms of a cool car. Not saying that you are one of them but I would love to see a '32 3w simply and tastefully done with a cool motor and done just as they were with no modern advances. This one is a perfect example...

Here's more work I've gotten done in the past days, I got my rear deck lid squared away. Ready for filler after finishing the welding and grinding, I brought the lid up 4 inches and rounded the corners.
