As cool as it may be, it wreaks of orange county chopper infomercial cheesiness to me.

It is actually the same as the La Carrrera Panamericana Model A race pickup we did last year, but in a hot rod look. I raced that car in competition and it definately works!
I think the Buzby built / Walden coupe has basically them same suspension too, with a couple of differences.
Steve Moal also does the same style, we get alot of the parts from him.

The idea is to build all of that performance stuff into the chassis, but still have a traditional looking car from the outside.

This truck is gonna be pure bad ass!! With all the capable hands involved, the truck will turn out excellent. Troy and HHR will finish this thing off beautifully. Norwell's rendering is spot on!

Orange County Infomercial Cheesy-ness? Oh, HELL no!!!

I was out at Troy's shop in April. That guy will do a great job. Awesome builder and great crew there to help. You might even cruise by Bob's Big Boy down the street in Burbank on Friday night and show it off. Cruises since the 50's. Great Roadster project!

I would like to apologize for my earlier post. After checking out the build a little further it is baddass. So make room for me on the hollywood hot rod bandwagon.
