Had some trouble getting activated, but hey here I am. My name is Larry. Retired from US Steel. I live south of Pittsburgh, just a stone throw from West Virginia. I drive a '55 Ford crown victoria hdtp. w/ 429 big block, C6, 9" and coil overs. Ther's more but I won't bore ya. I'm just now starting a '34 Ford pickup. Engine's done, 440hp 347 small block. Chassis next. Love to tinker and drive the finished products. Looking forward to sharing posts. Best of all to all.
    Larry

Thanks to the staff for holding my hand and getting me activated.

Welcome from central PA! Nice to see more PA guys here! And I'm assuming the 347 is out of a SBF? Well if it then Hell yeah!!!! Love the sbf guys (as I am one too!) Good luck with your build, and feel free to ask as many questions as you want!

    hey Ken
those big blocks were easy to come by. Easy to draw some monster torque from. I've got two on the road and my son has one in his '79 pickup. Plus two friends with '56 Ford cars are running the 385 series big blocks. Must be a hillbilly thing.
