    Thanks for the comments on the striping, everybody! It was a lot of fun to do, and I'm glad Marcus "talked me in to" striping it. First car I've applied stripes to in way too long... seems I've painted just about everything but lately! (Dynaflash... I know what you mean!) And this is such a cool car. So much fun to get my hands (and brush) on an old piece of American steel like this.

    Yes he keeps bothering me to teach him how to drive a Stick.He'll be 14 in August.I need to find an old Beetle to teach him on before he gets behind the wheel of any Hot Rods...:eek:

    Teach the kid to drive in the hot rod. He'll talk about it for ever. I taught my youngest daughter to drive in my Porsche. She's 31 and still tells people about her driver training.

    I was thinking that might be a good idea..if he can drive a T with a 39 Ford Trans, he can drive anything...lol
