road rocket indiana show info?

well us here at milltown are lookin for our yearly road trip this year.....
we are realy thinkin about the road rocket rumble in indiana this year....like 912 miles there.....last year we did 3100 miles in a week (due to touring the south)to the red neck rumble in tenn.....the trip on the road is surley the blast...butt a killer destination is always great....anyone out there no anything about the show?area?ect?
any info would be great.....

It's a great show. It's one of the few I try not to miss every year.

Its the best damn show in the country from the bands friday night all the way up to pin up girls at shows end.
Find some time and we can take ya down the street to the Indiana's Oldest drive in as well the " Mug In Bun".
You will love this show !!!!!!!!!!!

hey - you wont be disappointed with that show fer sure.

 

Its a great show.Cool cars,pin ups,and good music can't beat it. The Road Rockets are a great bunch they also host a little get together after the Indy Goodguys Show on Sat. at their club house/shop.

Missed it because..well not again! I'll be there this year.

 

For some reason or another, we just dont get to this car event as often as we want to.
You wont be disappointed, its a great event, and lots of interesting cars , great bands and things to do. Tom and Naoni , and the rest of the Road Rockets work very hard to make this a cant miss show. Enjoy!

 

its a great time not to be missed gets bigger and bigger every years. Worth the long drive.

 

Which side of Indy is the show on,will be in the area that weekend.

 

West side of Indy, not far from Speedway and near the I-465 loop. You can take the Speedway exit and then head west on Crawfordsville Rd. a short ways. If you've ever gone this way to the US Nationals you'll pass where the Rumble is.

Does anyone know if there is a swap meet there and is it like going to the hunnert car pile up!!!!!! Just a little closer like decatur is 5 hours away compaired to 2 and 15 minutes. And well june nice and toasty. Knuck from indiana.

 

I"ll be pulling a trailer with a bike on it,I noticed in the flyer no bikes,that allright or not.just be attending not unloading bike.

Somebody PLEASE take a bunch of pics of Kim Lenz for me. Also, Nick Curran (Kim's Guitar Player) is playing with his band "The Lowlifes" so get some shots of them as well. If anyone can get video, I'll pay for copies. Damn, I wish I could go.......

 

This show will be great! Just wondering if anyone has an extra room? I preregistered and found out that the hotel was already booked.

 

you usaully have to book a room few months after the show to get rooms for the next yr. last year people didnt show up and they will put you on a wait list for the cancel rooms. try to get there thursday. been to a lot of shows and this is the best show in my opinion. the road rockets do it right. you dont hear any complaints about this show.. i will be flying in from the middle east that thurs and loading up the car when i get home and heading that way.dont miss out
