Event Coverage Battleborn Showdown 2010

Heres a few pics I've gathered from the 2nd annual Battleborn Showdown in Virginia City, Nv put on by the Dead End Cruisers and Mugrosos car clubs. Thanks to everyone that came to support, rain or shine. We had yet another amazing turnout and can't wait to do it again!

the guy in the hoodie confused me since it's in NV, then a couple pics down I see cars covered in snow. I keep forgetting Nevada does get cold and snowy from time to time. Nice event coverage too, looks like you all had a good time.

 

Yeah we had a good 3-4" of snow Friday morning which freaked us out a bit, all melted by 11am. snow, rain, hail and wind the rest of the day and then hot as hell on Saturday. WTF

 

As they say...welcome to Nevada

 

Sounds like VC. Then the sun goes behind Mt. Davidson at about 4:30 in the afternoon.

 

The point of this all is that we had a rad weekend regardless.

 

Great show once again guys! I only wish we could have came up Friday and avoided all of the traffic we hit Saturday morning coming up from San Jose. Had a blast at the after party.... very rockin' bands!

It's a great place. For those haven't been there, it's pretty high up the mountain so that explains the snow. If you're ever in the Reno area, don't miss it.

It was a great time!! Couln't ask for more. The heat on Saturday made up for the slightly crappy weather Friday. Good bands, great scenery, lots of cool cars and the bars are open 24 hours!

 

I love checking out the Miller's Chop Shop stuff
