    G'day all
Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum after lurking for way too long. My name is Karl King, I am 55 and I live in Western Sydney and have been into all sorts of old American and Aussie cars since high school. I have been out of serious rodding for the last 20 years mostly due to the usual work and life committments but during that time I always tried to go to drag racing events etc. to keep in touch - been to Bonneville and Gairdner with a mate's car from NZ. I have always had too many projects but am trying to make a start on a 28 Closed Cab Project I have had under the house for a long time and will be seeking alot of advise on building this.
    Thanks for having me

    Thanks for the welcome
Went to Gairdner in 95. Bonneville in 98 & 08 all with Richard Hollywood in the Falcon. 198.5 in 95, destroyed engine in 98 and 223 in 08. Good times.
I will try to get some photos up when I start the 28 - trying to get my shed organised at the moment

    Welcome Karl from Florida.

Always great to see another Aussie and find out what's going on in your neck of the woods.

I find many of the car projects really interesting and the cars kind of look like right out of the 50's
