    Wow sad news to hear that one of America's icons has passed away today. He was an awesome actor.:(

    Now that i think of it. Its kind of ironic that he would die on memorial weekend. Bizarre.

    I tried to watch the movie again a while ago, and couldn't. What a POS! But when I was a teenager, those bikes were irresistable.

    pardon my memmory lapse ,,but what was the name of the movie he star'd in where he drove a souped up ( Hemi ?) ,'56 Ford F-100 pick-up,,and raced cars in the hills above L.A.?? DeadMans Curve ??,,
    he was good in everything he did ,,

  14. King of the montian. He played a real nut job with a wicked fast corvette, and yes an f-100. He, as usual, was awsome. The rest of the movie sucked balls.

    Big loss to the movie world. My whole family liked every thing Hopper did. Very sad day indeed .

    The man had a great career;....even played opposite of James Dean in the film Giant. May he rest in peace.
