I've seen this around before and was just curious about the owner's and some it's history. What engine does it run. I was hoping a yblock, but? Anything else on it?

Nice and crusty. I dig it!

You do realize he is talking about the Bean Bandits out of San Deigo, right?

Jakes Auto Salvage / Bean Bandits---108.690 This month

  16. (in a gentle, grandfatherly tone):

If you were making a joke about the Bean Bandits, knowing who they are, because you found something amusing about their choice of car, by all means let the rest of us in on the inside joke. :)

If you simply found their name amusing, and know nothing about them, I might suggest Google...or reading some history of early drag racing. Ignorance is not a sin, but you have probably gathered that there is something special about them by now, and I encourage you to do some research.;)

If you are merely trying to be a fuckwad, feel free to do so, elsewhere.

Nicely written. So many, too many "kids" (no matter how old) do not know where all this came from and who the heavies are...were. Always best to never knock anyone or anything. Just sit back and listen, learn. Maybe they'll get it....maybe not.
