Hot Rods 29 Ford X-tra Cab Truck

I really like it, and appreciate the work that went into filling the wheelwells. Nice job and a good eye for line.

keep up the good work, looking very original.

 

Looks great..... are you going to shorten the grille shell any....? looks good but will it drag once an awhile...?

 

I keep looking at the thumbnails and they scream "town car". Quite frankly, I'd take a look at building a removable roof section. Remember, "traditional" is thinking outside the box and it looks like you already have a head start in that department.

 

Thanks again guys. I was really reluctant to have posted it yet, as this is my first hot rod build and know a person building outside the box can face even harder scrutiny.

Denis- I hear what your saying and looking at that possibility now. I have kicked the idea around of possibly using a VW type sliding rag top.

 

Any update on this. It has been 3 years
