Another one followed me home

A fellow HAMBER told me about an old Chevy body that could be bought really cheap. We went to look at it Sat morn and for $50 I drug it home. 1949 Chevy Fleetline 2dr, body only. Missing the frame, pass. door and alot more. But really solid. Now time to start collecting parts...

Sweet! I bet it was fun loading and unloading it with out a rolling chassis!
I had to do the same thing when I brought my 50 Hardtop home without running gear.
Great looking project!

 

Gary sold that for $50. WOW He must be cleaning house. LOL I am glad a HAMBer got it. The body was not too bad if I remember correctly.

I got a more-door '52 here , but it has a frame that has been sub 'ed with a '75 Nova , all the hard work done , interested?

 

50 bucks that aint bad...the old lady would kill me if i brought that home however
